We’ve invested in updated equipment throughout our ready-to-eat entry areas, including advanced handwashing and sanitation stations, boot scrubbers, and boot sanitizers to maintain the highest levels of hygiene. In addition, both of our facilities are equipped with new refrigeration systems to ensure product safety and quality from start to finish.

We’ve also invested in advanced pass-through ovens and smokehouses for superior cooking and flavor development, along with cutting-edge intensive chilling systems to support safe, high-volume ready-to-eat food production.
