We've been making fresh corned beef hash in foodservice sized packages for several years now.We thought that it would be a great item next to the bacon and sausage in your grocery store.We created Fresh Corned Beef Hash in a one pound retail package.With a 90 day refrigerated shelf life, corned beef hash is made from our traditional lean corned beef, diced russet potatoes and our special blend of seasonings.Fully cooked.For best results, heat on medium heat in a frying pan or on a griddle.Break apart and fry to desired crispness.
